The Courtyard

Situated in the old converted Greyfriars building, our second floor two bedroom apartment offers modern accommodation with open plan living/kitchen areas with French windows and bright hall with intercom for the door entry system.

Living and Kitchen

Floors through the main living areas are walnut hardwood. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel electric oven, gas hob and extractor fan washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher and integrated fridge/freezer. There is a breakfast bar for easy dining which links to the lounge area which is fitted with flat screen television and DVD player. There are two sets of French windows which overlook the courtyard.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom is linked via a sliding timber screen to the living area and has a double bed. The second room has bunk beds. A hairdryer is also provided.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a bath, electric shower, heated towel rail and shaver point.
